1 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 14:00 / 15:00, check-out at 12:00. After 12:00, room cards stop working.

2 Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out requests should be made at reception, subject to availability.

3 When does Ultra All-Inclusive start and end?

The concept starts with the dinner on arrival day and ends with the lunch on departure day. It includes one dinner per night of stay.

4 Will I get a refund if I check out early?

No. Refunds are not provided when a guest leaves before the end of the booked stay.

5 Where can I leave my luggage?

You may use the luggage room — it is CCTV monitored and a bellboy is on duty.

6 Is there a shower area after checkout?

Yes. The changing rooms below reception offer showers, changing space and safe-box lockers.

1 Is the minibar paid? What is included?

No, the minibar is refilled daily for free with: 2 Pepsi, 1 Yedigün, 1 7up, 1 soda, 2 small waters and 1 large (1.5 L) water.

2 Is the room phone paid?

Yes — phone use is a paid service (marked * in factsheet). Internal calls (e.g. reception 4444) are free.

3 Is there a safe in the room?

Yes. Every room has a free digital safe. Storing valuables in the safe is recommended.

4 What happens if I lose my room card?

Contact reception (ext. 4444). Your room card has a 3,000 ₺ spending limit.

5 What if I lose my wristband?

A replacement fee of 1,500 ₺ will be charged to your room. The wristband is required for security.

6 What happens if I don't wear the wristband?

Without the wristband you cannot access bars, restaurants and other services.

7 Are cash or credit cards accepted in the hotel?

No, except in the shopping stores within the hotel. All other expenses are charged to the room card.

8 What is the electricity voltage?

220 Volt.

No. Wi-Fi is free in all public areas and rooms.

2 How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Use your room number as username and your date of birth as password.

1 Are à la carte restaurants free?

Guests staying 7+ nights can use them once free of charge. Additional visits are paid. Reservations via Guest Relations (ext. 4444), at least one day in advance between 09:00 and 18:00.

2 When should I book an à la carte restaurant?

At least one day in advance, between 09:00 and 18:00, via Guest Relations. Usage is subject to availability.

3 Which à la carte restaurants are there?

La Mezze (Turkish), Marine (seafood), Mandarine (Asian), Pirate/Steak (steakhouse), Andiamo (Italian) and Taverna (Turkish specialties). All serve 19:00–21:30.

4 I have an allergy — what should I do?

Fill in the allergen disclosure form at reception on arrival and notify Guest Relations. Tracking allergens is the guest's own responsibility.

5 Are there vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options?

Yes. The main restaurant offers vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free items prepared in a separate kitchen area.

6 I have diabetes — can I get support?

Yes. Suitable options are prepared at main meals for diabetes, hypertension, allergy and gluten intolerance, with staff support.

7 Are bottled drinks free?

No. Bottled drinks are paid.

8 Is there a dress code at the restaurant?

Yes. A dress code applies in restaurants and bars.

9 What can I eat late at night?

A mini buffet runs 23:30–02:00, followed by a mini breakfast buffet 02:00–07:00 at Oasis Restaurant.

10 Is Thea's Coffee Shop paid?

Yes. Thea's Coffee Shop (10:30–17:00) is an extra-paid service.

11 Can under-18s drink alcohol?

No. Alcohol is not served to guests under 18.

1 Is aquapark entry paid?

Entry is free for Aqua Fantasy & TUI Blue Ephesus hotel guests. Only food and beverages inside the aquapark are paid.

2 Can external guests enter the aquapark?

3 What are the 2026 daily ticket prices?

4 I bought an online ticket — how do I enter?

Show the QR code from the email at the gate, either printed or on your mobile. Keep the receipt until the end of your visit.

5 How many entries/exits does a daily ticket allow?

One entry and one exit. Re-entry after exit is not allowed.

6 Is there a season membership?

Yes. One entry and one exit per day throughout the season, plus 20% off in-park food and beverage. Card is personal and non-transferable. Details: sales.aquafantasy.com/tr

7 What is the family concept?

On public holidays and weekends, a family concept applies — including online ticket purchases.

8 Is there a refund if it rains?

No. Refunds are not given for rain.

1 What does aquapark entry include for hotel guests?

All slides and pools (Blue Lake, Adult Pool, Wave Pool, Lazy River, Kids Pool), single and double boats, kids life jackets, changing cabin, shower, sun lounger, umbrella, animation and parking. Food, drinks and triple boats are paid.

2 What are the aquapark hours?

10:00 – 17:00. Operations: Adult Pool 10:00–16:45, Kids Pool 10:30–16:30, New Tower & Big Tower 10:30–16:45. Season opening: 23 April 2026.

3 How many different wave types are there?

The Wave Pool has 6 different wave types. Waves start with a ship's whistle.

4 Is there a Lazy River?

Yes. You can take a relaxing ride on a boat around the park's Lazy River.

5 I'm pregnant — can I use the slides?

No. Pregnant guests and those with physical disabilities, neck, back or heart issues should not use the slides.

6 What height does my child need to be?

Some slides require a minimum height of 120 cm or 140 cm. Check the sign at each slide entrance. Adult supervision is required for children under 12.

7 Can my baby use the pool?

Babies and children under 3 must wear approved swimming diapers. Sold at hotel shops or near the kids pool ice-cream stand.

8 Is there a baby boat?

Yes. Baby boats are for children 90–120 cm and require a deposit.

9 Is there a life jacket for non-swimming kids?

Yes. Kids life jackets are free. Apply at the Info Center with ID. Loss/damage fee: 25 €.

10 Can I use body slides in t-shirt or shorts?

No. T-shirts, shorts and body swimsuits are not allowed on body slides. Jewellery and glasses should be removed.

11 Are triple boats paid?

Yes. Triple boats are paid (token at Info Center). Single and double boats are free.

1 Is aquapark food/drink included in Ultra AI?

No. All food and beverage outlets inside the aquapark are OUTSIDE the Ultra All-Inclusive system and are paid.

2 Can I bring outside food/drink?

No. Outside food, beverages and glass items are prohibited. Bags may be checked at the entrance for safety and hygiene.

3 What food outlets are in the aquapark?

Turtle Snack, Castle Burger (burgers), Dragon Flame (pizza), Döner, Taş Fırın (pide & lahmacun), Pirate's Ice Cream, Kadırga Pool Bar and Coast Cafe (coffee, milkshake, smoothie).

4 How are payments made in the aquapark?

No cash is accepted in the park. All purchases are made with a Splash Card, topped up at top-up centres. Loss/damage fee: 100 ₺.

5 How do I get a locker?

Lockers are deposit-based and accessed via Splash Card. Lost-key fee: 10 ₺.

6 Are safe boxes paid?

Yes. Safe boxes are paid and recommended for valuables — Aqua Fantasy is not responsible for lost items.

1 Can we organize a corporate picnic?

Yes. Packages include a private area, breakfast buffet, BBQ lunch, salad bar, drinks (limited/unlimited), tea time, animation and contests.

1 What are the hotel pool hours?

Atlantis Pool (+18): 10:00–18:00, Fontana: 10:00–18:00, Kids Slide Pool: 10:00–12:00 / 14:00–18:00, Indoor Pool: 10:00–18:00.

2 Is there an indoor pool?

Yes. The heated indoor pool with mini aquapark operates seasonally. By regulation, it is kept at 26–28°C.

3 Is there an adults-only quiet pool?

Yes. The Atlantis Pool is +18 only and heated (seasonally).

4 Where can I get towels?

Sun lounger, umbrella and towel use are free. Towel exchange is handled at the SPA.

1 What age range does the Mini Club serve?

Mini Club serves ages 4–7, and Croco's Rock Club serves ages 8–12.

2 What are the kids club hours?

10:00–12:00 and 14:00/15:00–17:00 for daytime programs. Evening: kids activities and mini disco.

3 How do I register for the Mini Club?

Parents complete a registration form on the first visit. Health, allergy and special info are collected at registration.

4 Are there activities for teen guests?

Yes. Teenage Club: archery, dart, volleyball & table-tennis tournaments, UNO, Jenga, Twister, strategy board games and football.

5 Is there a baby cot/crib?

Yes — baby cot, baby bathtub and toilet adapter (subject to availability) are provided free of charge.

6 Can I rent a stroller?

Yes, paid rental is available from reception.

7 What's available for babies in the main restaurant?
